Shenghe Engineering | Zibo Water Zhoucun Plant distributed photovoltaic power generation project successfully completed, to help the new development of green energy!

On December 18, 2024, the 1625.25kWp distributed photovoltaic power generation project of Zibo Water Zhoucun Plant, which was contracted by Shandong Shenghe Electric Power Engineering Design Co., LTD., successfully passed the completion and acceptance of all parties and officially connected to the grid for power generation.

PROJECT PROFILE Project Profile

This project makes full use of the sewage treatment facilities in Zhoucun Plant of Everbright Water for construction. The DC side capacity is 1625.64kWp, and the AC side capacity is 1400kW. A total of 2356 pieces of 690Wp double-sided heterojunction components are adopted, and 16 series inverters are equipped. The project adopts 400V voltage level grid-connected and sets up 3 grid-connected access points, among which the #1 and #2 connecting points are located in the phase I distribution room and connected to the low voltage side of the #1 and #2 transformers respectively. #3, #4 junction points are located in the phase II distribution room, and are connected to the low-voltage side of the phase II #1 transformer, and all the generated power is used by itself, realizing the efficient utilization of energy.

The construction environment of this project is special, facing many problems such as the difficulty of crane approaching the working surface, the inability to build scaffolding on the pool, and the inability to put the arm lifting vehicle into use. The construction team has carefully prepared and planned, successfully overcome a series of unfavorable factors and dangerous factors such as large span of pool, heavy single support, difficult work at altitude, and innovatively adopted wheel truss to support water surface construction, resolving relevant problems, and promoting the smooth delivery of the project to the owner on schedule.
