Shenghe Electric Power Innovates Waste Electricity Recycling Technology to Assist Enterprises in Their Green Transformation

Recently, the "Intelligent Waste Electricity Recovery System" independently developed by Shandong Shenghe Power Engineering Design Co., Ltd. was successfully put into operation at a large manufacturing enterprise in Shandong Province, marking a major breakthrough in industrial waste electricity recovery technology. This system achieves intelligent recovery and reuse of discarded electrical energy during industrial production processes through innovative energy conversion technology.  


Technological Breakthroughs 

The system adopts three core technologies:  

1. Intelligent Bidirectional Conversion Technology: Increases electricity recovery efficiency to 92%  

2. Dynamic Load Matching Algorithm: Achieves millisecond-level response  

3. Cloud-based Energy Management System: Enables real-time monitoring and optimization

• Annual waste electricity recovery:15 million kWh

• Equivalent to saving 6,000 tons of standard coal

• Reduces12,000 tons of CO₂ emissions

• Saves enterprises7.5 million yuan** in annual electricity costs

The Chief Engineer of Shandong Shenghe Power stated: "Our intelligent waste electricity recovery system not only addresses the pain point of electrical energy waste in industrial sectors but also provides innovative solutions for enterprises' green transformation. It is estimated that this technology will be promoted nationwide in the next three years, with an annual electricity recovery capacity of up to 1 billion kWh."


Currently, the company has reached cooperation intentions with five large industrial enterprises and plans to complete 10 waste electricity recovery projects within the year. The widespread application of this technology will make significant contributions to energy conservation and emission reduction in China's industrial sector.
